How do I record a timelapse study session?

Tap the Record tab at the bottom of the app. Choose a goal (or start a quick session), then tap the record button to begin. Your session will be saved automatically when you stop.

How do I add an accountability partner?

Go to the Friends tab, tap "Find People", and search by username. Send a partner request and once accepted you'll be able to see each other's sessions and progress.

How do streak restores work?

If you miss a day on a habit goal, you can use a streak restore within 24 hours to keep your streak alive. Free users get 1 restore per goal. Pro users get 3 restores per goal, replenished weekly.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the Profile tab, tap the settings gear, and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data.
